We signed up for DealerSpike at the end of last year and rolled out our website a few months into this year. Brendan has been calling the shop for at least 5 years, and he was always super nice and respectful. So, when I finally decided to go with a more professional site, his attitude and (polite) persistence is why I went with DealerSpike over the competition. Setup/Onboarding was… a little rocky… and I got worried, but once the site was launched we were assigned a new account manager. Night and day difference between the customer service being delivered. Since Jenna Santos became our contact point, everything has been very smooth – they promptly have made changes/updates to the website whenever I|&|ve requested them and she has been very easy to work with. I|&|m happy to have a more professional website and some of the burden is taken off of me, since they automatically push out OEM promotions. I didn|&|t sign any crazy contract, which is good, but I|&|m happy with the service and plan to stick with them once our renewal comes up, as long as Jenna continues to handle the account.
