Real-Time DMS Sync + Lead Capture
Better Together:
Dealer Spike + Lightspeed
The first real-time DMS sync built directly into the Dealer Spike website platform.
Partners for over a decade, managing dealer storefronts across powersports, marine, and more. Now integrated, inventory updates in Lightspeed instantly appear on your Dealer Spike website—no exports, batches, or cleanup needed.
One Source of Truth. Live in Seconds.
Lightspeed runs your business operations. Dealer Spike runs your digital presence.
With the industry’s first real-time Lightspeed DMS sync, the two finally speak the same language, automatically. You update a unit in Lightspeed, and it publishes to your Dealer Spike website with zero clicks, then flows downstream to 200+ marketplaces, third-party listing sites, and other resale channels.
New units the moment you add them
Stop waiting on batches. When you add a unit in Lightspeed, it appears on your website right away.
- New units appear the moment you add them
- Price changes go live instantly
- Sold units come down on their own
Every channel shows the same truth.
Never miss a first touch.
Lightspeed Lead Capture adds a “Text Us” widget to your Dealer Spike website and connects interested visitors straight to your team, right inside Lightspeed. Every inquiry flows directly into Lightspeed DMS and routes to the right rep, using the same texting tools they already use.
- Show real monthly payments on every unit
- Let shoppers calculate affordability instantly
- Capture trade-ins and test ride requests directly from your site
Each submission drives personalized follow-up back to your website — keeping buyers engaged and moving forward.
How Lead Capture works
1. A visitor clicks the “Text Us” widget on your website, picks a department, and sends a message.
2. The conversation moves to SMS, and the right rep gets a notification to follow up in the texting tools they already use.
3. The rep replies with source, page, and unit context attached and keeps the conversation going right inside Lightspeed.
