Dealer Spike just launched a new enhancement to our Reputation Management solution: Review Alerts. The feature automatically sends you a weekly email with summaries of new reviews on Google or Facebook, so you can see fresh customer feedback before logging in to your dashboard.

How to Enable Review Alerts 

The feature is live and ready to use — no waiting, no additional fees. If you’re already using Dealer Spike’s Reputation Management, you can activate alerts now: 

  1. Log in to your Reputation Management dashboard. 
  2. Open the new “Alerts” tab. 
  3. Select the recipients who should receive the weekly email (i.e., your sales managers, general manager, etc.). 

For multi-location groups: Set up alerts for each location so the right team member replies from the right store.
