How to Enable Review Alerts
The feature is live and ready to use — no waiting, no additional fees. If you’re already using Dealer Spike’s Reputation Management, you can activate alerts now:
- Log in to your Reputation Management dashboard.
- Open the new “Alerts” tab.
- Select the recipients who should receive the weekly email (i.e., your sales managers, general manager, etc.).
For multi-location groups: Set up alerts for each location so the right team member replies from the right store.
